Our Vision:

• To provide a House of Worship and the Word, unto the glory of the Lord, that abides under the authority of His Kingdom and that which is built up upon the foundation of the 12 Apostles of the Lamb and of the Old Testament Prophets with Jesus Christ Himself as the Chief Cornerstone. A House that agrees with the ministry of the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus, the Shepherd and Bishop of our souls. A Spiritual House that dwells in the love of God, in the secret place of the Most High and abides under the Shadow of the Almighty, as that which welcomes the Presence and Power of the Holy Ghost and glorifies the Name of Jesus.
• To establish and exhibit ROLC in the love of God as a covenant family of believers in Christ with an invitation that "whosoever will may come", welcoming all age groups and persons of every race and gender, from any background or stature, without prejudice.
• To provide a total healing environment within the church that brings salvation in Christ for the spirit of man, restoration for their souls and healing for their bodies, through our exercising of the ministry and gifts of the Holy Ghost.
• To equip and empower servants and leaders with the Word of God and the anointing of the Christ to do the work of the ministry in the church and in the nations.
• To build up ROLC to serve as a Multifunctional Center which is designed to minister to the spiritual, educational and recreational needs of our church family and of the Body of Christ, and as that which will be utilized as a tool of outreach for the many needs of our community.
• To provide a Family Life Resource Center based upon biblical values and principles as an outreach into our community and as a help to increase and to maintain the quality of abundant life in our families; spiritually, financially, emotionally, domestically, socially, and in physical health.
• To extend our mantle also to other Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers who will submit themselves to be received under the same Apostolic shadow of ROLC.
• To fulfill our part in the earth being filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, according to the grace given to us in Christ!
