H. Scott Stimson is a seasoned Apostolic and Prophetic minister who has had both the joy and the frustration of seeing the church from many different view points. He is received as a father with a sound prophetic balance for the body of Christ, he has personally ministered to thousands. Traveling in most of the United States, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Haiti, South Africa, and Nigeria; speaking at conferences, seminars, prophetic gatherings, business groups and special services. He proclaims the present Truth of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the reality of His Kingdom for today with grace and compassion. There are many who have given personal testimony to the power and demonstration of the Holy Spirit through this ministry. He has a PhD in Religion and Philosophy. He is networked with the Fellowship of Vineyard Harvester Churches under the leadership of Bishop David Huskins. He now resides in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and is the Pastor of The River @ Oak Ridge.

It is with great joy that we extend this invitation for you to come and celebrate with us our 18th Church Anniversary here at ROLC. Pastor Scott Stimson will minister Friday night June 25th @ 7:30 pm and on Sunday morning June 27th at 10:30 am. Saturday morning we have scheduled Elder Greg Brooks and Elder Tim McCurry to speak. Following the Saturday morning meeting we will be serving our Anniversary Lunch Buffet. After Lunch we have scheduled Elder Paul Pitters, Pastor Wanda Brooks and Pastor Ron Butt to teach and to finish Saturday's schedule. There is no evening service on Saturday... fellowship will be the focus Saturday evening.
We officially launched this ministry in June of 1992. To my wife and I these past 18 years seem just like yesterday and we remember all the way the Lord has brought us with joy and thankfulness in our hearts. This will truly be a pivotal weekend to be remembered for there is such an expectation in the Spirit of the Apostolic word of God and of the Prophetic flow of ministry for the lives of those in attendance and for this geographic area.
